Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders below $150 are charged a flat rate based on destination. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your tracking information at any time by visiting your order history page. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. HerCrown has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what charges may apply.
