30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your HerCrown purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- ✓Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- ✓Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- ✓Not washed, dyed, bleached, or chemically treated
- ✓Returned with original packaging and any included accessories
- ✓Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- ✕Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- ✕Custom or personalised orders
- ✕Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Return
Contact Us
Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Instructions
We will provide you with the return shipping address and any packaging instructions within 1 to 2 business days.
Ship Your Item
Package the item securely and ship it using a tracked courier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
